Die RSK legte das weitere Vorgehen bei der Beratung zur Primärkreis-Dekontamination in der Anlage Biblis, Block A, fest. Die RSK begann die Beratung der Empfehlung "Anforderungen an die Brennelement-Lagerbeckenkühlung".

The RSK was informed about the status of consultations on the topic of requirements with respect to spent fuel pool cooling (Anforderungen an die Brennelement-Lagerbeckenkühlung). The RSK discussed and adopted the recommendation on the demonstration of residual ductility/residual strength using an ECR limit curve (Nachweis einer Rest-Duktilität/Rest-Festigkeit mittels ECR-Grenzkurve) (available in German only) . After in-depth consultation, it was concluded that there is no need for a supplementary statement on the use of anchors in German nuclear power plants.

Die RSK wurde über den Beratungsstand zum Thema "Anforderungen an die Brennelement-Lagerbeckenkühlung" informiert. Sie beriet und verabschiedete die Empfehlung "Nachweis einer Rest-Duktilität/Rest-Festigkeit mittels ECR-Grenzkurve". Nach eingehender Beratung wurde keine Notwendigkeit für eine ergänzende Stellungnahme zum Einsatz von Dübeln in deen Kernkraftwerken gesehen.

The BMUB requested the RSK to consult on requirements for the component cooling water and service water systems (Anforderungen an die Zwischen- und Nebenkühlwassersysteme). This request is to be dealt with by the Committee on PRESSURE-RETAINING COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS. The RSK discussed the consequences of the amendment to the Ordinance on Occupational Health Care in connection with the crash of Germanwings flight 4U 9525 on 24.03.2015.

The RSK sought information about the respective status of consultations in the ad hoc working groups robustness analysis research reactors, robustness analysis, aircraft crash and severe accident management guidelines (SAMGs).

At the meeting, the RSK discussed possible topics of consultations and tasks from 2022 onwards (shutdown of the last nuclear power plant in Germany). The RSK adopted the statement on evaluating the implementation of RSK recommendations in response to Fukushima, PWR part (Bewertung der Umsetzung von RSK-Empfehlungen im Nachgang zu Fukushima", DWR-Teil). The SWR part will be added after its completion and the overall statement will then be published. A separate RSK statement will be issued on the topic of "lightning".

The RSK determined the voting for the 71st meeting of the KTA on 22.11.2016.

Die RSK legte ihr Abstimmungsverhalten zur 71. Sitzung des KTA am 22.11.2016 fest. Die Stellungnahmen zum "Monitoring von Know-How- und Motivationsverlust und geeignete Maßnahmen zur Stärkung von Motivation und Know-How-Erhalt im Kernenergiesektor" und "Blitze mit Parametern oberhalb der genormten Blitzstromparameter" wurden verabschiedet.

In der Sitzung diskutierte die RSK mögliche Beratungsthemen und Aufgaben ab dem Jahr 2022 (Abschalten des letzten Kernkraftwerkes in deland). Die RSK verabschiedete die Stellungnahme "Bewertung der Umsetzung von RSK-Empfehlungen im Nachgang zu Fukushima", DWR-Teil. Der SWR-Teil wird nach Fertigstellung ergänzt, die gesamte Stellungnahme wird anschließend veröffentlicht.  Zum Thema „Blitzeinwirkung“ wird es eine gesonderte Stellungnahme der RSK geben.

At the meeting, the RSK was informed about the consultations of the Committee on ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS (EE) on the implementation of the recommendations on faults in one or two phases of the main, standby or emergency grid connection (Ein- oder zweiphasiger Ausfall des Haupt-, Reserve- oder Notstromnetzanschlusses) as well as on new findings on the grid instabilities (Netzinstabilitäten) and their impact on the German nuclear power plants.
