The RSK determined the next steps regarding the consultations on the full system decontamination of the Biblis nuclear power plant, Unit A. The RSK started the consultations on the recommendation on requirements with respect to spent fuel pool cooling (Anforderungen an die Brennelement-Lagerbeckenkühlung).

Die 482. RSK-Sitzung fand in Berlin statt. Die RSK wurde über den aktuellen Beratungsstand zu den belgischen Anlagen Doel-3 und Tihange-2 im Ausschuss DRUCKFÜHRENDE KOMPONENTEN UND WERKSTOFFE (DKW) sowie über die Beratung zum Thema "Blitze mit Parametern oberhalb der genormten Blitzstromparameter" des Ausschusses ELEKTRISCHE EINRICHTUNGEN (EE) informiert. Die Beratungsschwerpunkte der vier RSK-Ausschüsse wurde vorgestellt. Die RSK begann die Beratung der Stellungnahme "Schäden an BE-Zentrierstiften und Kernbauteilen".

Die RSK beriet das Vorgehen bei Erscheinen neuer Informationen bzgl. der belgischen Anlagen Doel-3 und Tihange-2.

Weiterhin wurde die 70. KTA-Sitzung am 10.11.2015 vorbereitet. Die Beratung der Empfehlung "Anforderungen an die Brennelement-Lagerbeckenkühlung" wurde fortgesetzt. Die RSK wurde von der AG Robustheitsanalyse über den Abschluss der "Bewertung der Umsetzung von RSK-Empfehlungen im Nachgang zu Fukushima" informiert.

Die RSK legte das weitere Vorgehen bei der Beratung zur Primärkreis-Dekontamination in der Anlage Biblis, Block A, fest. Die RSK begann die Beratung der Empfehlung "Anforderungen an die Brennelement-Lagerbeckenkühlung".

The RSK was informed about the status of consultations on the topic of requirements with respect to spent fuel pool cooling (Anforderungen an die Brennelement-Lagerbeckenkühlung). The RSK discussed and adopted the recommendation on the demonstration of residual ductility/residual strength using an ECR limit curve (Nachweis einer Rest-Duktilität/Rest-Festigkeit mittels ECR-Grenzkurve) (available in German only) . After in-depth consultation, it was concluded that there is no need for a supplementary statement on the use of anchors in German nuclear power plants.

Die RSK wurde über den Beratungsstand zum Thema "Anforderungen an die Brennelement-Lagerbeckenkühlung" informiert. Sie beriet und verabschiedete die Empfehlung "Nachweis einer Rest-Duktilität/Rest-Festigkeit mittels ECR-Grenzkurve". Nach eingehender Beratung wurde keine Notwendigkeit für eine ergänzende Stellungnahme zum Einsatz von Dübeln in deen Kernkraftwerken gesehen.

The BMUB requested the RSK to consult on requirements for the component cooling water and service water systems (Anforderungen an die Zwischen- und Nebenkühlwassersysteme). This request is to be dealt with by the Committee on PRESSURE-RETAINING COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS. The RSK discussed the consequences of the amendment to the Ordinance on Occupational Health Care in connection with the crash of Germanwings flight 4U 9525 on 24.03.2015.

The RSK sought information about the respective status of consultations in the ad hoc working groups robustness analysis research reactors, robustness analysis, aircraft crash and severe accident management guidelines (SAMGs).

At the meeting, the RSK discussed possible topics of consultations and tasks from 2022 onwards (shutdown of the last nuclear power plant in Germany). The RSK adopted the statement on evaluating the implementation of RSK recommendations in response to Fukushima, PWR part (Bewertung der Umsetzung von RSK-Empfehlungen im Nachgang zu Fukushima", DWR-Teil). The SWR part will be added after its completion and the overall statement will then be published. A separate RSK statement will be issued on the topic of "lightning".
