Im Rahmen des regelmäßigen Erfahrungsaustauschs mit der amerikanischen, französischen und japanischen Reaktorsicherheitskommission bereitete die RSK ihre Beiträge für den gemeinsamen Workshop über Digitale Leittechnik im Oktober 2009 in Tokio vor. Der RSK-Ausschuss ELEKTRISCHE EINRICHTUNGEN wird die Fachthemen aufbereiten.

Bezüglich der Frage der Erhöhung des Risikos eines Sicherheitsbehälterversagens durch Wasserstoffreaktionen infolge der Zünderwirkung von passiven autokatalytischen Rekombinatoren führte die RSK ihre Beratungen zu Erarbeitung einer Stellungnahme weiter.

Within the framework of regular exchange of experiences with the American, French and Japanese reactor safety commission, the RSK prepared its contributions for a common workshop on digital instrumentation and control in October 2009 in Tokyo. Sie setzte die Beratung des vom RSK-Ausschuss ANLAGEN- UND SYSTEMTECHNIK vorbereiteten Entwurfs einer Stellungnahme zur Frage der Erhöhung des Risikos eines Sicherheitsbehälterversagens durch Wasserstoffreaktionen infolge der Zünderwirkung von passiven autokatalytischen Rekombinatoren fort. Die Leckpostulate für den Nachweis der Kernkühlung (414. RSK) konnten aus Zeitgründen nicht mehr beraten werden.

The RSK discussed draft revisions of KTA standards. It continued the consultation on the draft statement prepared by the RSK Committee on PLANT AND SYSTEMS ENGINEERING on the issue of increased risk of a containment failure due to hydrogen reactions caused by the ignition effect of passive autocatalytic recombiners. The leak postulates for the demonstration of core cooling (414th RSK) could not be discussed for lack of time.

Die RSK beriet die für die Sitzung des Kerntechnischen Ausschusses (KTA) anstehenden KTA-Regeln und legte ihr Votum zu den betreffenden Beschlussvorlagen fest.

Sie führte die Beratung des Entwurfs einer RSK-Stellungnahme über Anforderungen an Dübelverbindungen in Kernkraftwerken fort.

The RSK continued its consultations on the statement “Requirements for dowel connections in nuclear power plants” started at its 420th meeting on 08.10.2009.

Die RSK setzte die in ihrer 420. Sitzung am 08.10.2009 begonnene Beratung der Stellungnahme „Anforderungen an Dübelverbindungen in Kernkraftwerken“ fort.

The BMU welcomed the newly appointed RSK members and briefly reported on the current activities of the BMU (including lifetime extension of nuclear power plants, the amendment of the Atomic Energy Act, further development of the rules and regulations).The RSK discussed the main topics of consultation planned for 2010 and made proposals to the BMU on the compositions of the RSK Committees on PLANT- AND SYSTEMS-ENGINEERING (AST), PRESSURE-RETAINING COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS (DKW), ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS (EE) and REACTOR OPERATION (RB).

The RSK called in the ad hoc working group on the use of computer-based I&C (ERL) which is directly associated with the RSK. The ad hoc working group is to consult on various issues related to use of computer-based safety I&C in reactor protection systems. The ad hoc working group consists of members of the RSK Committees on PLANT- AND SYSTEMS-ENGINEERING (AST) and ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS (EE). The working programme of the ad hoc working group is to be specified at the next RSK meeting.

Die RSK berief die Ad-hoc AG „Einsatz rechnerbasierter Leittechnik (ERL)“, die direkt der RSK zugeordnet ist. Die Ad-hoc AG soll verschiedene Fragestellungen zum Einsatz rechnerbasierter Sicherheitsleittechnik in Reaktorschutzsystemen beraten. Die Ad-hoc AG besteht aus Mitgliedern der RSK-Ausschüsse ANLAGEN- UND SYSTEMTECHNIK und ELEKTRISCHE EINRICHTUNGEN. In der nächsten RSK-Sitzung soll das konkrete Arbeitsprogramm der Ad-hoc AG festgelegt werden.
