Die RSK schloss die Diskussion der Beratungsthemen für 2010 ab und setzte die Beratung der Stellungnahme „Anforderungen an Dübelverbindungen in Kernkraftwerken“ fort. Die RSK bat den Ausschuss DRUCKFÜHRENDE KOMPONENTEN UND WERKSTOFFE um eine Beratung des Entwurfes der Stellungnahme „Bewertung des Drei-Säulen-Konzeptes zur Prüfung sicherheitstechnisch wichtiger Armaturen“ des RSK-Ausschusses REAKTORBETRIEB, da in der Stellungnahme möglicherweise die Fragen der Integrität der Armaturen tangiert werden.

The RSK closed the discussion on the topics of consultations for 2010 and continued discussions on the statement “Requirements for dowel connections in nuclear power plants”. The RSK asked the Committee on PRESSURE-RETAINING COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS (DKW) to consult on the draft statement on the "Evaluation of the three-pillar concept for testing of safety-relevant valves" of the RSK Committee on REACTOR OPERATION (RB) since the statement might concern issues related to the integrity of the valves.

Das BMU begrüßte die neu berufenen RSK-Mitglieder und berichtete kurz zu den aktuellen Tätigkeiten des BMU (u. a. Laufzeitverlängerung der Kernkraftwerke, Novellierung des Atomgesetzes, Weiterentwicklung des Regelwerkes). Die RSK diskutierte die für 2010 geplanten Beratungsschwerpunkte und schlug dem BMU Besetzungen der RSK-Ausschüsse ANLAGEN- UND SYSTEMTECHNI, DRUCKFÜHRENDE KOMPONENTEN UND WERKSTOFFE, ELEKTRISCHE EINRICHTUNGEN und REAKTORBETRIEB vor.

The BMU welcomed the newly appointed RSK members and briefly reported on the current activities of the BMU (including lifetime extension of nuclear power plants, the amendment of the Atomic Energy Act, further development of the rules and regulations).The RSK discussed the main topics of consultation planned for 2010 and made proposals to the BMU on the compositions of the RSK Committees on PLANT- AND SYSTEMS-ENGINEERING (AST), PRESSURE-RETAINING COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS (DKW), ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS (EE) and REACTOR OPERATION (RB).

Die RSK setzte die in ihrer 420. Sitzung am 08.10.2009 begonnene Beratung der Stellungnahme „Anforderungen an Dübelverbindungen in Kernkraftwerken“ fort.

The RSK continued its consultations on the statement “Requirements for dowel connections in nuclear power plants” started at its 420th meeting on 08.10.2009.

Die RSK verabschiedete die vom RSK-Ausschuss DRUCKFÜHRENDE KOMPONENTEN UND WERKSTOFFE vorbereitete Stellungnahme zu den Festigkeitshypothesen im Anwendungsbereich des KTA-Regelwerks bei der Nachbewertung von Komponenten und Systemen; hier: Zur Frage der wahlweisen Verwendbarkeit der Festigkeitshypothesen nach von Mises (Gestaltänderungsenergiehypothese, GEH) und Tresca (Schubspannungshypothese, SH) im KTA-Regelwerk für Rohrleitungen.

The RSK adopted the statement (in German) on the strength theories within the scope of application of the KTA safety standards in connection with the re-evaluation of components and systems; here: on the issue of the optional applicability of the strength theories according to von Mises (maximum distortion energy theory (Gestaltänderungsenergiehypothese - GEH) and Tresca (maximum shear stress theory -  Schubspannungshypothese, SH) in the KTA standards for pipes prepared by the RSK Committee on PRESSURE-RETAINING COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS (DKW).

Die RSK begann, über eine Stellungnahme zu den Festigkeitshypothesen im Anwendungsbereich des KTA-Regelwerks bei der Nachbewertung von Komponenten und Systemen; hier: Zur Frage der wahlweisen Verwendbarkeit der Festigkeitshypothesen nach von Mises (Gestaltänderungsenergiehypothese, GEH) und Tresca (Schubspannungshypothese, SH) im KTA-Regelwerk für Rohrleitungen, zu beraten.

Based on a request for advice of the BMU on power increase of the Gundremmingen II nuclear power plant, the topics prepared for discussion by the RSK Committees on PLANT- AND SYSTEMS-ENGINEERING, PRESSURE-RETAINING COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS and REACTOR OPERATION were presented. Due to a clarification of regulatory matters announced by the BMU in connection with federal supervision, the RSK agreed to postpone its consultations.
