At the meeting, the RSK discussed and adopted the following recommendations and statements: "Recommendations of the RSK on the robustness of the German nuclear power plants", "Redesign of I&C modules and components in nuclear power plants" (in German) and "Operating documents: Requirements and conditions of safe operation” (in German).

The RSK discussed on how to proceed with the BMU’s request of advice on the protection of IT systems in nuclear facilities.

The RSK specified key issues for discussion among the RSK and its committees for 2013, the discussions regarding the understanding of the safety philosophy were continued. The statement on "Pressure and leak tests of components of the reactor coolant pressure boundary and outer systems, especially after repairs" (in German) was adopted. GRS concluded its reporting on the results of first calculations regarding possible criticality in the fuel element storage.

The RSK discussed the statement "Minimum value of 0.1g (approx. 1.0 m/s²) for the maximum horizontal ground acceleration in an earthquake", its adoption is planned to be by way of circulation. The discussions regarding the understanding of the safety philosophy were continued.

Die RSK legte Schwerpunktthemen für Beratungen der RSK und ihrer Ausschüsse in 2013 fest, die Beratungen zum Verständnis der Sicherheitsphilosophie wurden fortgesetzt. Die Stellungnahme zu "Druck- und Dichtheitsprüfungen an Bauteilen der Druckführenden Umschließung (DFU) und der Äußeren Systeme, insbesondere nach Reparaturen" wurde verabschiedet. Die GRS schloß ihre Berichterstattung zu Ergebnissen erster Berechnungen zur möglichen Kritikalität im BE-Lager ab.

Die RSK beriet die Vorgehensweise für die Bearbeitung eines BMU-Beratungsauftrages zum Schutz von IT-Systemen in kerntechnischen Anlagen. Die Stellungnahme ""Netzstabilität" - Rückwirkungen von Stabilitätsproblemen im deen Stromnetz auf elektrische und leittechnische Einrichtungen von Kernkraftwerken und Sicherstellung der notwendigen elektrischen Energieversorgung dieser Anlagen aus dem Netz" wurde verabschiedet. Weitere Stellungnahmen wurde andiskutiert, sie sollen in den nächsten beiden Sitzungen abschließend beraten und verabschiedet werden.

At the meeting, the RSK was informed about the results of the ENSREG workshop on the national action plans from 22 to 26 April 2013. The consultations on the understanding of the safety philosophy were continued.

Die RSK verabschiedete die Stellungnahmen "DWR-Neutronenflussschwankungen" und "Mindestwert von 0,1g (ca. 1,0 m/s2) für die maximale horizontale Bodenbeschleunigung bei Erdbeben".

Ein Bericht des RSK-Ausschusses ANLAGEN- UND SYSTEMTECHNIK zur "Einschätzung der Abdeckung extremer Wetterbedingungen durch die bestehende Auslegung" wurde diskutiert, er soll in aktualisierter Form in der nächsten Sitzung beraten und das weitere Vorgehen festgelegt werden.

The RSK adopted the statement on "PWR neutron flux fluctuations" and "Minimum value of 0.1g (approx. 1.0 m/s2) for the maximum horizontal ground acceleration in an earthquake" (in German).
A report by the RSK Committee on Plant and Systems Engineering on the "Assessment of the adequate consideration of extreme weather conditions by the existing design" was discussed; an update of the report is to be discussed at the next meeting, when the further procedure will be specified.

In der Sitzung beriet und verabschiedete die RSK die folgenden Empfehlungen bzw. Stellungnahmen "Empfehlungen der RSK zur Robustheit der deen Kernkraftwerke", "Redesign von leittechnischen Baugruppen und Komponenten in Kernkraftwerken" und "Betriebsunterlagen: Auflagen und Bedingungen des sicheren Betriebs".
