Von der RSK wurden zur Auswertung der Betreiberberichte im Rahmen der "Anlagenspezifische Sicherheitsüberprüfung deer Kernkraftwerke unter Berücksichtigung der Ereignisse in Fukushima-I" Bewertungsmaßstäbe beraten. Die Beratungen müssen auf der nächsten Sitzung fortgesetzt werden.

The RSK discussed assessment criteria for the evaluation of the operator reports within the framework of the "Plant-specific safety review of German nuclear power plants in the light of the events in Fukushima-I ".

The discussions have to be continued at the next meeting.

The BMU has appointed Mr Rudolf Wieland as Chairman of the RSK and Mr Richard Donderer as Vice-Chairman of the RSK. The RSK submitted proposals to the BMU for appointments to the RSK committees. The RSK sought information about the status of consultations in the committees and laid down its consultation programme and the meeting dates for 2011.

GRS informed the RSK on the current situation in the Japanese power plant Fukushima-I. The BMU requested the RSK to prepare a catalogue of requirements for the safety review of German nuclear power plants in the light of the events in Fukushima. The RSK prepared such a draft requirements catalogue that will be updated by an editorial team for adoption at the next meeting.

Die RSK wurde von der GRS zum aktuellen Sachstand in der japanischen Anlage Fukushima-I informiert. Das BMU bat die RSK um die Erstellung eines Anforderungskataloges für die sicherheitstechnische Überprüfung deer Kernkraftwerke unter Berücksichtigung der Vorkommnisse in Fukushima. Die RSK erstellte einen entsprechenden Entwurf des Anforderungskataloges, der von einem Redaktionsteam für die Verabschiedung auf der nächsten Sitzung fortgeschrieben werden soll.

The RSK adopted the catalogue of requirements (see 433rd RSK meeting) for “plant-specific reviews of German nuclear power plants in the light of the events in Fukushima-I”. The catalogue of requirements and an additional explanatory preface can be downloaded from this homepage. This catalogue of requirements shall be used by GRS as a basis for drawing up a list of questions for the operators of German nuclear power plants.

Die RSK verabschiedete den Anforderungskatalog (siehe 433. Sitzung der RSK) zur "Anlagenspezifische Sicherheitsüberprüfung deer Kernkraftwerke unter Berücksichtigung der Ereignisse in Fukushima-I". Der Anforderungskatalog mit einem zusätzlichen erläuternden Vorwort kann von der Homepage hier heruntergeladen werden. Dieser Anforderungskatalog soll der GRS zur Erstellung einer Fragenliste an die Betreiber deer Kernkraftwerke dienen.

Within the framework of regular exchange of experiences with the American, French and Japanese reactor safety commission, the RSK prepared its contributions for a common workshop on digital instrumentation and control in October 2009 in Tokyo. Der RSK Committee on ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS will prepare the technical issues.

Regarding the issue of increased risk of a containment failure due to hydrogen reactions caused by the ignition effect of passive autocatalytic recombiners, the RSK continued its consultations for the preparation of a statement.

Sie setzte die Beratung des vom RSK-Ausschuss ANLAGEN- UND SYSTEMTECHNIK vorbereiteten Entwurfs einer Stellungnahme zur Frage der Erhöhung des Risikos eines Sicherheitsbehälterversagens durch Wasserstoffreaktionen infolge der Zünderwirkung von passiven autokatalytischen Rekombinatoren fort. Die Leckpostulate für den Nachweis der Kernkühlung (414. RSK) konnten aus Zeitgründen nicht mehr beraten werden.
