load crash,
flooding of the annulus,
flood,
earthquake: consideration of all of all conditions of low-power and shutdown operation,
aircraft crash with fuel fire, and
accident management measures.

Summary Report of the 443rd RSK Meeting

The RSK-structured its consultations in connection with the RSK safety review, taking into account the EU stress test process, and defined the terms outage operation and post-operational phase for this work. Furthermore, the current situation regarding the storage of irradiated fuel elements in the decommissioned German plants was presented and discussed. The consultations on the detailed definition of the RSK’s understanding of robustness have started.

Summary Report of the 448th RSK Meeting

At the meeting, the RSK took note of the report of the RSK Committee on PLANT AND SYSTEMS ENGINEERING (AST) on the “Superposition of events with system operating conditions of short duration” (in German) and continued the consultations on the statement “Operating documents: requirements and conditions of safe operation” and on the “RSK’s understanding of the safety philosophy”.

Summary Report of the 444th RSK Meeting
